Introduction to Future Primary School

 The Future Primary School

VISION

For every individual, education is the foundation for personal and talent development. For a society, education is the measure of development and the driving force for progress.

In any society, in any era, education always plays a crucial role as the key factor and the driving force behind economic and social development. Among many social stories, perhaps there is no story that receives more attention from people of all ages, from young to old, from professionals to non-professionals, than education.

School of the Future, as its name suggests, embodies the aspirations of everyone here for the future. With the intention of fundamentally changing the way we prepare children for life, for the first time, a comprehensive school from kindergarten to high school is present in Dong Thap with the involvement and expectations of everyone, both nationally and internationally. All preparations regarding human resources, infrastructure, organizational processes, educational content, and teaching methods revolve around a single goal: to shape a generation of students who are well-cared for and develop comprehensively to be able to "BE THEMSELVES" by maximizing their potential and abilities according to their desires, as specifically outlined through five outcome criteria: knowledge, skills, emotions, health, and talents.

Accordingly, the content of the curriculum and teaching methods of the school are designed and implemented to fully meet the educational goals. Specifically, the educational content includes programs according to the current regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, supplementary programs, and talent programs. In particular, English and German are taught and learned in the school as a second language, which can be applied in communication like the Vietnamese language. In this regard, the school ensures the principle of educating students with the necessary adaptability to approach different educational systems while preserving the traditional cultural identity of the nation. These teaching programs serve as a solid foundation, ensuring that students who wish to continue their studies at public schools in the area or international schools are well-prepared. In addition, in the field of health education, the school closely coordinates with an international hospital with various specialties and treatment areas to achieve the best health education goals for the students of the school.

To achieve the educational goals set forth, the School of the Future focuses on building a strong team of teachers, staff, and administrators who have high professional qualifications, rich experience, and enthusiasm, contributing effectively to the fulfillment of the school's commitments regarding the quality of teaching and learning. The school sets two standards and eight criteria as mandatory entry requirements for each teacher working at the school. In recruitment and training policies, the teaching staff of the School of the Future must undergo a rigorous training program of at least 12 months, whether they are native teachers or foreign teachers. The Pedagogical Council is structured with educational psychologists and experienced educators both domestically and internationally who always accompany the Principal in fulfilling the school's commitment to the quality of education, demonstrated in every learning activity, lesson, and day of each student. In addition, the nutrition, healthcare, and administrative staff take care of the students' diet and health to ensure their holistic physical development; they also provide counseling and connect with family education information.

Aiming to create a healthy educational environment, where each student is respected and guaranteed the best conditions to maximize their potential, the School of the Future operates according to the model of a comprehensive school. The School of the Future covers all levels of education from kindergarten to high school. Accordingly, the school focuses on investing in facilities and equipment to provide strong support for the teaching and learning activities of teachers and students. In terms of overall layout of facilities, the school has modernly designed buildings to meet the needs of learning, activities, and training for approximately 2,000 students and a team of highly qualified teacher and teaching staff.
